Originally from the Netherlands, she is a native Dutch speaker – she has been living in Northern Ireland for many years and worked in various roles in international BPO’s before starting award-winning recruitment agency Talingual. She is very hands-on recruiter, and loves working with her clients across Europe to find their perfect language candidate!

Nicola has lived and studied abroad and understands the challenges of relocating to another country. Hilary is an International Recruiter and Account Manager. She had a unique career journey that has taken her from the skies as a cabin crew member to the forefront of multilingual recruitment and international client relationship management. Inspired by her experiences abroad, Hilary transitioned into the field of multilingual recruitment, where her interpersonal skills and global perspective helps her to excel in her connecting with both candidates and clients.

Conor worked in recruitment for various multilingual international BPO’s before moving to an agency environment. He has worked abroad before and has a good understanding of what living and working abroad entails. Beside recruiting multilingual candidates, Conor is also managing international clients with their recruitment needs.
